CILEx Regulation is consulting on proposals to change our Investigation, Disciplinary and Appeals Rules to extend them to Alternative Business Structures. We have also taken this opportunity to review the Rules to improve transparency to the public about our role as a regulator when considering allegations of misconduct, and managing the expectations of outcomes that can be achieved throughout proceedings.
This consultation closes on 20 July 2017.
