Stuart Dalton joins CILEx Regulation from 28 August as the new Director of Policy and Enforcement.
Stuart succeeds Jill Durham who played a central role with the company for the previous three years.
Stuart joins CILEx Regulation from the NHS where he held a number of senior Board-level roles in London and the Midlands including responsibility for legal, litigation, governance, HR and complaint services.
Stuart studied law at Oxford University, recently achieved a distinction in his MBA and is a qualified mediator.
