WBL Competency 3: Client Relations
To meet this Outcome you will need to show that you can use appropriate techniques and take accurate instructions from your client/service user which you then confirm with your client/service user for accuracy.
In your logbook sheets you should explain both what instructions you needed to take from your client/service user and how the evidence shows you took/sought those instructions.
You should attach supporting evidence that shows you took instructions from your client/service user and that you checked with the client service user that your understanding of those instructions was correct.

If you wrote to your client setting out/evaluating alternative courses of action available to your client and sought their instructions, then you could possibly use this evidence towards meeting the following Outcome:

If you took accurate instructions from your client and you then checked with your client that they were correct, you could possibly use the evidence towards meeting the following Outcome:
