To meet this Outcome you will need to show that you can provide clear legal advice to a client/service user.
In your logbook sheets you should explain what legal advice you provided to the client/service user, the law underpinning that advice and how you provided that advice.
You should attach supporting evidence that shows you provided clear legal advice to a client/service user (e.g. a letter to a client).
