Sam Younger
Chair
Sam is Senior Independent Director of the Advertising Standards Authority, Chair of Voluntary Service Overseas and Public Interest Observer on the Council of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. Previously, he had a 20-year career in the BBC, where he was Managing Director of the BBC World Service. He was subsequently Director General of the British Red Cross, inaugural Chair of the Electoral Commission and Chief Executive of the Charity Commission for England and Wales. He was appointed CBE in 2008.
Lead responsibility for strategy and finance.
David Gilbertson
Board member
David is a former Deputy Assistant Commissioner at Scotland Yard and was one of HM Assistant Inspectors of Constabulary at the Home Office, reviewing the performance of police forces across England and Wales. In the 2001 New Year Honours list he was awarded the Queens Police Medal for ‘Distinguished Service’.

Harvey Sandercock
Board member
Harvey is a Chartered Legal Executive member of the Board. He has worked in private practice for over 20 years specialising in civil litigation and personal injury litigation. He is currently working as an independent consultant to a leading insurance company. Harvey also sits on the governing body for his children's school.

Luisa Fulci
Board member
Luisa has 20 years’ corporate commercial experience with significant P&L responsibility and is currently Director of Regulated Products at Royal Mail responsible for consumer and wholesale services. Luisa has a proven track record of delivering major change initiatives and developing customer centric marketing strategies within complex and regulated environments. Luisa is member of the Consumer and Network Access Royal Mail executive team.

Andrew Donovan
Board member
Andrew is a Chartered Legal Executive member of the board. He previously practised civil litigation in private practice before moving into professional regulation in 2007. Andrew brings over 7 years’ experience working in policy development, legal compliance and enforcement for a large legal services regulator. He has significant expertise in the Legal Services Act 2007, professional conduct, public law, information compliance and online learning. Andrew also sits as a fee-paid Judge and is a lay panellist of the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service. Andrew currently works for the Compliance Office, providing training and consultancy to SRA regulated lawyers and law firms.
