Allegation(s)
The allegations are that Ms. Marian Hardy upon her own confession was on 3 May 2013 convicted of four offences under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and thereby breached Principle 1 of the CILEx Code of Conduct 2010 which requires members to uphold the rule of law and the impartial administration of justice.
Outcome
Ms. Hardy admitted the misconduct and a Determination by Consent was agreed between CILEx Regulation and Ms Hardy.
Sanction
Ms. Hardy was excluded from CILEx Membership for a minimum period of five years. After the expiration of this period, Ms Hardy will need to apply to CILEx to be re-admitted as a CILEx member.
