Charges
The charges against Miss Tapner were:
Charge 1: Miss Tapner engaged in conduct unbefitting to an ILEX member or likely to bring disrepute upon ILEX or its members as she:
– failed to complete the required number of hours of CPD for the calendar year 2009;
– failed to record the number of hours of CPD undertaken in respect of the calendar year 2009 in the online logbook; and
– failed to comply with and respond to reasonable enquiries made of her by IPS.
Charge 2: Miss Tapner engaged in conduct unbefitting to an ILEX member or likely to bring disrepute upon ILEX or its members as she
– failed to complete the required number of hours of CPD for the calendar year 2010;
– failed to record the number of hours of CPD undertaken in respect of the calendar year 2010 in the online logbook; and
– failed to comply with and respond to reasonable enquiries made of her by IPS.
Outcome
The charges were found proved.
Sanction
Miss Tapner was excluded from membership of ILEX for an indefinite period.
