Mr Paul Baker made an application to be reinstated as a member of ILEX following his exclusion from membership in July 2008 for a period of two years.
The Professional Conduct Panel considered Mr Baker’s application.
Outcome
On 21 October 2010 the Professional Conduct Panel decided to reinstate him as a member of ILEX subject to the condition that Mr Baker must inform any future employer of his exclusion and the circumstances giving rise to it.
