A key part of our role as a regulator is to ensure that we supervise the membership of CILEx in a way that is proportionate and risk-based. Understanding exactly what work CILEx members carry out and under what regulatory arrangements is therefore very important.
That is why advising us of any changes in your working arrangements via myCILEx is vitally important as it allows us to support you in an appropriate manner.
