Have you got at least two years' current experience with Graduate membership status?

No Yes

You need to be able to demonstrate at least two years' current experience under this scheme and one year as a Graduate.

Do you have Level 6 Wills & Succession and Level 6 Probate Practice or equivalent exams?

No Yes

Complete five Knowledge Portfolios. You are exempt from the three Experience Portfolios.

(1) You need to submit three Experience Portfolios. (Explanation of three cases in the last two years to demonstrate your knowledge and breadth of experience in Probate Practice and Wills & Succession.) (2) Cover a range of the Experience Learning Outcomes, below. (3) Answer the questions in the Experience Portfolio Template, below.

making, altering or revoking a will
taking full instructions from a testator, providing advice and preparing a will
law and practice in relation to the administration of a deceased’s estate
