Charges
The charges against Mr Anthony Antonie Nelson of Northampton were that:
On diverse dates during his employment as a Solicitor’s Clerk did steal monies belonging to the firm and its clients, to a total value unknown.
An order was made, pursuant to its legal process, by the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal, that in consequence of his conduct aforementioned, no solicitor should thereafter employ or remunerate him in connection with the practice of a solicitor, except in accordance with the permission of the Law Society as therein provided.
Outcome
The charges were found proved.
Sanction
Mr Nelson was excluded from membership of ILEX.
