Allegation
Ms Nikki Pickering failed to ensure high standards of professional and personal conduct in that she disclosed the existence of a confidential court order to a former colleague contrary to Principle 2 Outcome 2.2 of the CILEx Code of Conduct 2015.
Outcome
Nikki Pickering admitted the misconduct and a Determination by Consent was agreed between CILEx Regulation and Ms Pickering.
Sanction
In accordance with Rule 17(4)(c) IDAR the Panel disposed of this matter by reprimanding Nikki Pickering in respect of the misconduct and warning her in respect of future misconduct.
