To meet this Outcome you will need to evaluate your professional skills and legal knowledge.
In your logbook sheet you should explain how you meet the Outcome by reflecting on your work performance, identifying your strength and weaknesses and the objectives for developing your legal knowledge and professional skills. You should also identify any plan for improvement.
You should attach supporting evidence that demonstrates you have evaluated your professional skills and legal knowledge (e.g. an appraisal report/plan, training course confirmation that you are booked on a relevant course or a certificate of attendance on a relevant course).
