In your logbook sheets you should explain how you have established an effective working relationship with another professional(s) involved in a matter.

You should attach supporting evidence of a two-way communication between yourself and the professional(s) involved which demonstrates an effective working relationship (e.g. an email exchange and/or letter exchange. Please note: a single email or letter is not sufficient to meet this Outcome).
